Victor Alberts

Victor Alberts began sourcing in 2007 and joined Seven Step RPO in 2011. He brings with him a unique passion for sourcing that has helped redefine and continuously improve the sourcing function for a variety of Fortune 500 companies. In his current role as a sourcing solutions manager, he partners with team managers, key client stakeholders, and executive leadership to codify sourcing for use in sales, transition, and delivery environments.
