Tom Lutzy

Tom Lutzy has been on this Earth longer than most of you reading this, and he’s still standing. With that comes a range of experience in a variety of jobs, including teaching English (still a grammar geek); corporate and employee communication; HR consulting; and recruiting. His recruiting experience ranges from launching and growing a recruitment function for a healthcare services company to serving 11 years as an SVP with an executive search firm, to his current role as talent-acquisition manager with MaidPro Franchising. MaidPro is a residential cleaning franchise company with over 200 independent owners in the U.S. and Canada. He coaches MaidPro’s franchise owners in their hiring practices.
