Tina Tromiczak

Tina Tromiczak is senior vice president/general manager of ADP’s recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) business. Delivering on the talent acquisition needs of small companies to large enterprises, Tina is responsible for strategic direction, client delivery, and growth of ADP’s RPO business. Tina has extensive executive experience in helping both large multinational and small entrepreneurial companies achieve high productivity results. Tina also serves as a director on the board of trustees of the Adler Planetarium in Chicago.
