Molly Weaver, MBA, is the director of employment for Children’s Mercy Hospitals and Clinics. She is responsible for all hiring for the hospital with the exception of physicians and has been with the hospital for five years. Prior to joining Children’s Mercy she was a senior recruiting manager with responsibilities for recruiting programs for T-Mobile USA. Her focus is on attracting and keeping top healthcare talent for Children’s Mercy while ensuring the candidate experience is the best it can be. Current initiatives include using social media, video interviewing, and talent pooling to fill openings timely and with quality candidates.
