Michelle Winkley

Michelle Winkley is an HR executive with over 20 years of experience in both Fortune 500 companies and startups. Michelle created Talent Distinctions, a boutique HR consulting firm, in 2009 to support small- to mid-sized companies in building a unique people function. She joined Heroes Linked in 2018 to bring her human-resources knowledge and passion for veteran networking/hiring to the advisory committee and is also a founding member of Bad Ass Boxes, a non-profit organization that sends customized care packages to deployed Special Operations troops.
