Brian Harmsen is an experienced talent leader with deep knowledge of designing, implementing, and evolving talent-acquisition teams, employment brands, and aligning talent with workforce culture. As Designworks Talent’s Founder & CEO, he leads a team of talented recruiting professionals in building talent acquisition and workforce strategies and supplying clients with highly skilled employees globally.
Prior to creating Designworks Talent, he was vice president, talent acquisition for Newscorp’s Gemstar-TV Guide and Fox Interactive Media, overseeing recruiting for such technology brands as MySpace, Fox Audience Network, IGN.com, AskMen.com, and RottenTomatoes.com. Previously, he lead recruiting teams for the Walt Disney Company’s Disney Internet Group and ABC Television Network/ABC.com.
