Matthew Korn

Matthew Korn is an associate in the Columbia office of the law firm Fisher & Phillips. He represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law. Matthew's background includes significant experience in health and safety litigation with the federal government. He uses this experience to counsel clients during government investigations, implementing proactive safety programs, and throughout the litigation process.  Matthew also advises clients on day-to-day employment issues arising under statutes such as Title VII, the FMLA, the ADA, the ADEA, and the FLSA. Additionally, he assists employers with traditional labor matters, including union avoidance campaigns, unfair labor practice charges, grievance arbitrations, and collective bargaining negotiations.
