Hillary Mager

Hillary Mager is head of recruiting at Flatiron Health, a healthcare technology company focused on accelerating cancer research. She leads a team of 15 recruiters and sourcers driving the company's growth and ensuring premier talent acquisition across the technology and oncology industries. Prior to Flatiron Health, Mager founded Jane Partners, a cross-industry, boutique search firm based in New York City where she sourced, managed, and placed candidates at all levels, from entry level analysts/engineers to C-level executives. She has also held roles at Core Staffing and Bridgewater Associates. Mager graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in English.
