Elisha Zagerman is the Director of Talent Acquisition for Thinkingbox, AntiSocial, and The Heist. With 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, she has built and scaled teams across the creative, digital, marketing, and technology industries globally.
Originally based in Toronto and now in Vancouver, Elisha leads talent acquisition across Thinkingbox's family of agencies. Prior to joining Thinkingbox, she partnered with many of the industry's leading agencies through her work at Vitamin T, an Aquent company. Throughout her career, she has supported talent acquisition for organizations including Sapient, Publicis, Critical Mass, BBDO, Juniper Park\TBWA, Leo Burnett, DDB, Sid Lee, FCB, Ogilvy, TAXI, Cossette, John St., The Hive, McCann, Wunderman, Y&R, and Entertainment One (eOne) prior to its acquisition by Hasbro, among others.
