Eli Hernández

Eli Hernández is an organization development and change management leader with a passion for building world-class work cultures. He is the U.S. head of human resources for an automotive group with operations in both Costa Rica and Texas, in addition to being the founder of Careesmatic, a career and organizational improvement consulting firm. Outside of work, Eli enjoys being a civically engaged member of his community, advocating for LGBTQ+, human, and civil rights.
