David Buckmaster is the author of Fair Pay: How to Get a Raise, Close the Wage Gap, and Build Stronger Businesses. He has led corporate compensation teams at companies like Nike (where he is currently director of compensation), Starbucks, and Yum! Brands, and has worked with business leaders on pay projects all over the world. He was also named to the global shortlist of the 2018 Financial Times and McKinsey & Company Bracken Bower Prize for emerging business writers.
