Anastacia Flores

Anastacia Flores is the head of DEI hIring strategy and TA operations for Guild Education. Prior, she worked at Google for nine years in a number of roles in sourcing, employee referrals program management, and hiring innovation. After Google, Anastacia joined Pandora for five years, where she was director of recruiting operations. And before Guild, she was at CBS Interactive, where she oversaw all of TA, including sourcing and recruiting, diversity partnerships, and university relations.
