Sean left the Navy after 21 years as a commander and pilot, then spent years running the transition pipeline as Chapter Lead of Veterans Beer Club San Diego, connecting veterans with employers and watching the same friction points trip up the hiring process again and again. Bradley runs a 15-person recruiting team at General Atomics, building the technical, corporate, SkillBridge, and veteran hiring programs that decide whether that friction gets solved or just gets talked about.
