Maru Gonzalez

Maru Gonzalez started her career in RPO in 2007 and quickly fell in love with the world talent acquisition. She worked for top RPO companies in Latin America (LATAM) until 2015 when she founded Mynt Consultants together with her partner Cynthia Cohen. Maru has led and assisted multiple implementations for top Fortune 500 companies in LATAM, North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She considers herself a process addict and is known for being a fixer. Maru has a BS in International Business and Economic Integration and has continued her
education at Stanford Online. She speaks Spanish, English, Portuguese, and Italian, and currently lives in Luxembourg.
