Yes, that word sounds familiar from your childhood Spanish classes.
Pinstripe, the U.S. recruitment outsourcing company, and Ochre House, out of the UK, having got together about a year ago, and are now taking on a new name: Cielo.
The firm is also starting something called a “Cielo Talent Activation Index” showing the difference between high-performing organizations from those that aren’t.
Cielo says high-performing organizations beat competitors in a variety of categories like work-life balance, diversity, measuring workforce quality, having a unique value proposition, and managing multiple generations.
As an example of one way the index is broken down, the first Index shows that “high-performers were 16 times more likely than underperformers to rate their support for flexible work-life strategies as ‘excellent’ (65 percent vs. 4 percent).”
Cielo — which means “sky” and even “heaven” — has nearly 1,000 employees.
